I will be upfront in our first chat if partnering is not the best move for us. I have a vast network filled with colleagues, friends, and countless highly skilled professionals, with all relationships built on trust and respect.
I personally pay for my own LI Recruiter Seat, ATS, and Project Management Software. Enabling me to work quickly and efficiently.
If your hire is recommended to me by a third party, I pay a generous finder's fee upon hire. I value my reputation.
I WON'T ask for an exclusive and I WON'T bog you down with pages of contracts, fees, and stipulations. My contract is concise and to the point. In brief, should you hire the candidate I present to you, my fee is 18% of their first year's salary. I am happy to answer any of your questions.
